The world is opening up to me again, and doors are now open for me to cruise right through!
— Tim, 37 years old

Tim credits The Healing House and its ‘genuinely caring staff’ as having empowered him to live an all-around healthier lifestyle... He really enjoyed clearing his mind in the mornings while biking downtown Orlando to our treatment facility each day. While undergoing Intensive TMS Therapy and our THRIVE program, he gained the confidence and energy that he needed to feel like himself again. Tim now feels like he ‘has his mojo back’ and is enjoying time reconnecting with family and friends!

It (The Healing House) is the only place to go because I trust them. They all are professional and have your best interest in mind ALL the time.
— Rhonda, 47 years old

After working in counseling with our Clinical Director, Anita Riggs, Rhonda began TMS Therapy and would now recommend it to anyone battling depression. She described a caring, friendly staff that was able to assist her in identifying problem areas, such as her lack of energy and inability to control overactive thoughts. She reported a steady decline in her symptoms associated with depression and did not feel depressed at all by the end of treatment, drastically improving her PHQ-9 score from a 25 to a 2. Her energy was no longer lacking by week 6, and she improved in her treatment metrics across the board. She will now focus on sustaining results and her lifestyle with just maintenance care!

The staff was so friendly, upbeat, and authentic.  The quality of care was thorough, and my depression and anxiety was greatly improved by the end of treatment. I will miss coming here every day.
— Regan, 36 years old

The Healing House worked with Regan to improve her anxiety and depression. Using treatment metrics to identify and manage her symptoms, a significant increase in positive mood and thoughts were seen. Regan also consistently reported a steady improvement in focus and energy. Overall, Regan's PHQ-9 score decreased from a score of 18 to 6 , indicating that Regan’s depression improved significantly.  TMS Therapy, Regan claims, helped her overcome issues that used to disrupt her daily life prior to care.  Regan was pleased with the quality of care she received from The Healing House and appreciated how encouraging the staff support was. She emphasized that she would now recommend TMS Therapy as a first line of care given her experience.

An awesome experience!!!
— Karen, 53 years old

Karen reports tremendous improvements in her energy, focus, quality of sleep, and mood stability. Even within the first week, she reported more than double the energy that she felt prior to beginning TMS. We can see a sharp decline in her PHQ-9 score, indicating an increased ability to deal with the symptoms of depression that she reported would debilitate her entire day in the past.

It (TMS) has helped me wake up in the morning feeling good and energized… I feel happier and able to enjoy life more
— Chris, 30 years old

Chris noticed particular improvements in his quality of sleep, his newfound morning energy, and he also reported feeling more positive about himself. His PHQ-9 score steadily declined until the end of care (15 to 2).  Chris noticed feeling just slightly better overall, but he most importantly was no longer feeling depressed by the end of care.  After his 6 week intensive regime, Chris continues to feel empowered and energized. He is working on some maintenance care and is finally enjoying the day-to-day which is a feeling that was absent for quite some time in his life.

Before coming to The Healing House, my anxiety was at such a high level, I was not functioning well. Now, after going through the program, I got my life back and am doing things I used to do.
— Lolly, 60 years old

Lolly came to The Healing House to get her anxiety under control. Her off-label TMS Therapy protocol integrated some of the standard rapid pulsing for depression, but the main focus was on regulating activity in her right prefrontal cortex for anxiety.  She claims that TMS and Biofeedback helped her improve several symptoms, most notably her anxiety, appetite and mood stability. She did not report being too depressed before care, but she made some improvements there as well, recognizing that the inability to manage her symptoms of anxiety had been limiting her overall happiness.   Lolly improved significantly when looking at her anxiety metrics, and her PHQ-9 even dropped from a score of 8 to a 1.
