➰ Stretch & exercise ➰ 

It is tough to be present and engaged in life when you are tired, plain and simple.  Prioritizing proper rest and regular sleeping routines helps you to better focus, and it also prevents tendencies towards irritability.  

Sleep is the foundation of your efforts towards relationships, healthy eating, exercise, and meditation.  And all of these things are vital when it comes to preventing stress which can cause burnout 😨 😩😵
