Happy Friday: Spring Cleaning

Winter may have only felt like 3 days for us Floridians, but spring cleaning is still a must. As extra motivation, we've provided the mental benefits of decluttering the place we all like to go to rejuvinate: home 🏡 

 

📌   Working and living in an organized environment allows you to perform takes more quickly as you can easily recall where things are. 

📌   Researchers at the University of Minnesota found that individuals in a clean setting are more likely to eat healthy and to be generous (Tidy Desk). 

📌   MRI scans display that clutter can make it difficult for the brain to process information to fully focus on necessary tasks (Alban, 2017).
